Feb. 21st, 2005 04:17 pmRemember that Time-Life Set of Muppet Show Episodes debacle? Well, I have a similarly frustrating opportunity for you; if by "opportunity" I am allowed to mean "not yet an opportunity but we can keep our fingers crossed".
Henson Entertainment has apparently been waffling about whether or not they are going to put out Season 1 of Fraggle Rock on DVD. If you're interested in possibly getting it (or, in my case, mooching off of people who are totally hoping to get it) you might want to make your opinion known. The phone number is 866-405-7625; the address is HIT Entertainment, Attn: Consumer Relations (Fraggle Rock Season Sets), PO Box 9000, Allen TX, 75013.
I would just like to add the disclaimer that the brother is not, in fact, the only person I am getting this information from. I am also hearing about this from someone at the internship with a 5 month old child. She has been keeping tabs on the whole "Fraggle Rock Season 1" process, because she wants affordable, superior, non-violent TV-viewing for her kid. So there.
And no, I did not just compare my brother to a 5 month old child. I would never do that. His vocabulary is much superior.
